Claude Science on Ozette, part two: reproducing and extending two published findings
In July we connected Claude Science to Ozette and pointed it at two existing studies. We've now run both on Ozette's production platform. The agent reproduced a published TB resister signature and found that resisters' CD4 T-cell responses carry fewer functions per cell. It reproduced a published melanoma biomarker test exactly, then showed that the signal comes from a broader expansion of CD8 effector-memory T cells. A few findings from the first post change along the way.
